(H) Juveniles. A child who is under 14 years of age is presumed to be a person of Good Moral Character for purposes of obtaining adjustment of status under the Violence Against Women Act.[122] It is unclear whether this presumption also applies to other Good Moral Character determinations, such as for naturalization. A juvenile convicted as an adult may be found to lack Good Moral Character.[123] See § 12.37(C), supra.
