(F)  Asylees and Refugees.  Adjustment of status is handled somewhat differently for noncitizens who are asylees or refugees.[43]  A detailed discussion of this form of adjustment is beyond the scope of this book.  However, a special criminal waiver allowed for asylees and refugees seeking to adjust status is discussed at § 24.20, infra.
