(A) Definition of the Category. The statute includes as aggravated felonies convictions for “illicit trafficking in firearms or destructive devices (as defined in § 921 of title 18, United States Code) or in explosive materials (as defined in § 841(c) of that title) . . . .”[472] The definition expressly lists the exact contraband in which illicit trafficking is forbidden, by reference to specific federal statutory definitions.
