(A)  Elements of the Category.  A noncitizen, upon termination of marriage-based conditional permanent resident status[1381] or conditional permanent resident status based on entrepreneur status,[1382] is deportable.[1383]  NOTE: No conviction is required to establish this ground of deportation.
