§ 10.38 A. Special Proceedings At Sentence

Special proceedings at sentence include a motion for a judicial recommendation against deportation, now available, if at all, only if a sentence originally occurring prior to November 29, 1990, has been vacated enabling the defendant to make such a motion.  See § 10.39, infra.  It also includes various ways a judicial removal order can (and cannot) be issued at the time of sentence.  See § 10.40, infra.
