The following offenses constitute aggravated felonies only if custody of one year or more was ordered by the sentencing court.[17]

·Bribery of a witness (Penal Code § 138)

·Burglary (Penal Code § 459)

·Commercial bribery (Penal Code § 641.3)

·Counterfeiting (Penal Code § 648)

·Crimes of violence[18]

·Document fraud (Penal Code § § 113-114)

·Forgery (Penal Code § 470)

·Obstruction of justice (Penal Code § x182(a)(2),(3),(5))

·Perjury (Penal Code § 118)

·Receipt of stolen property (Penal Code § 496)

·Subornation of perjury (Penal Code § § 127, 128)

·Theft (Penal Code § 484 et seq.)

·Trafficking in vehicles with altered identification numbers
