Firearms offenses may fall within a number of different categories of aggravated felony, including (a) firearms trafficking,[10] and (b) miscellaneous offenses involving firearms and explosives.[11] Federal offenses falling within this statutory definition are included in this Appendix. It is also possible for a conviction on this list to fall within other aggravated felony definitions, including (c) crimes of violence,[12] and (d) drug trafficking.
