§ 8.72 J. Offenses Involving the Family

Offenses involving the family may qualify as aggravated felonies or crimes of moral turpitude.  These offenses may, more often, fall under the domestic violence ground of deportability, which specifically includes domestic violence offenses, stalking, child abuse, child neglect, child abandonment,[228] and certain violations of protection orders.[229]
