Impersonating a federal officer.

 

Matter of Gonzalez, 16 I. & N. Dec. 134 (BIA 1977) (conviction of a violation of 18 U.S.C. § § 912 and 2 for impersonating an immigration officer and as such, demanding and obtaining money was a crime involving moral turpitude);

Matter of B, 3 I. & N. Dec. 270 (BIA 1948) (conviction of impersonating a federal officer in violation of § 32 of the Criminal Code, old 18 U.S.C. § 76 (see new 18 U.S.C. § 912), is an offense involving moral turpitude);

Matter of H, 1 I. & N. Dec. 509 (BIA, AG 1943) (crime of impersonating a federal officer, with intent to defraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 76 is a crime involving moral turpitude).
