Battery with intent to commit sexual assault.

 

Aguirre-Mereno v. INS, 1996 U.S. App. Lexis 15343 (9th Cir. 1996) (battery with intent to commit sexual assault is a crime of moral turpitude). 

 

Forcible sexual battery

 

United States v. Kiang, 175 F.Supp.2d 942 (E.D.Mich. 2001) (conviction for fourth degree criminal sexual conduct, by forcible nonconsensual sexual physical contact, in violation of Michigan Compiled Laws § 750.520(e)(1), was crime of moral turpitude).

 

Indecent assault.
