Attempted burglary to commit larceny.

 

United States ex rel. Meyer v. Day, 54 F.2d 336 (2d Cir. 1931) (attempted burglary with intent to commit larceny is a crime of moral turpitude);

Matter of M, 2 I. & N. Dec. 721 (AG 1946) (attempting to unlawfully enter a building with intent to commit larceny therein involves moral turpitude).
